SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
No, there is no fee to set up an account.
It will make ordering quicker and easier for you, and you will receive updates, special offers and news via email (from us, we do not give your data to anyone else)
We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards through our payment processor, PayPal. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to make PayPal payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our returns policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we must be notified within seven days of receipt of your intention to return it.
Artworks that are created to order, on a commission basis are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. These are artworks created to your specification and are therefore not re-saleable.
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days, 95% of orders are dispatched much more quickly, but sometimes we may be waiting for materials to be delivered before we can complete your order. If there is a delay in processing your order we will let you know as soon as we discover it.

Delivery to the all UK addresses for orders which do not contain original art will be via Royal Mail 1st Class service. Royal Mail aims to deliver to you the next working day (please bear in mind our dispatch times.)
Orders for orignal artwork will be dispatched by insured, tracked courier service and should be with you within 48 hours (please bear in mind our dispatch times.)
Orders under £45.00 will be charged at £3.95 per order.
Orders over £45.00 qualify for free delivery.
Orders containing ‘original art’ will be charged at £12.95 per order.
Please allow time for your order to be dispatched and delivered before contacting us regarding non-delivery. A signature is required for every delivery, so check with your neighbours and your local Post/Sorting Office to see if they are holding a parcel for you. If, after 14 days your order has not arrived we will either refund you in full or arrange a replacement delivery.
