Description
All Saints Church, Waltonon-the-Naze, Essex. This is the church in my home town, and it dates from around 1835, having been re-built after the previous church was washed away by the sea… Walton-on-the-Naze suffers from significant coastal erosion and many buildings have fallen into the sea, including several WWII pill boxes which can still be seen on the beach at at low tide.
