Description
There has been a ‘Hipkins’ at Walton on the Naze for as long as anyone can remember, and the tearoom on the beach started out life as a shack where you could buy ice and a refreshing drink during the Edwardian heyday of the North Essex seaside resort. What stands today was built by Mr Robert Hipkin in 1953 and has an inside area for inclement weather!
