Description
This memorial garden has a stone pillar as the focal memorial, with a broad stepped base. Herbert Columbine, a gunner in the Great War, is remembered with a bust – originally from Walton, he was posthumously awarded the VC. There is also an RAF Wings memorial featuring the propeller of a Halifax Bomber.
